I like that there are draws so often on here but then everything else…service, promotions, sign up are all either no existent or very poor.
No bad but not great! I expected more from a site that is basically purely aimed at us (Australians). Disappointed to be honest! Try harder please Net Lotto!!
Net Lotto customer service is unprofessional! I have emailed them so many times and sent them many messages. I have also tried to call them several times but couldn’t reach them.
I created an account, verified it and deposited some money so I can buy some syndicate tickets. Then I was surprised that due to Queensland legislation I can not purchase any tickets from Net lotto.
So now I can’t buy any tickets, and I can’t withdraw my money, and I can’t contact them!
Shocker!!!!
No promos or special deals on sign up. I was excited to see an Auzie only site but what a let down! I have warned you people, dont even waste your time!
