Everything on this site is great until you have the unfortunate task of having to contact customer service.
Absolutely frustrating process where everyone you speak to tells you something different and they don’t resolve the issue. Some of the reps were are ok but maybe not trained up enough on the site, while some where just plain rude. I used to love this site but now, not so much!
